About Us
As an established care provider of over 35 years, we strive to deliver the highest quality of care. Based on Hayling Island, we are proud to provide services to our community.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, The UK Homecare Association and we work closely with Hampshire Social Services.
Our staff are dedicated to working together to deliver a reliable quality service tailored to the needs of our customers. We actively encourage and support every member of our team to progress in their
careers and achieve recognised healthcare qualifications.
All staff complete a comprehensive training programme, delivered by Educare Skills Training and undergo thorough vetting alongside the Disclosure and Barring
screening.
To maintain high standards, we carry out regular staff spot checks, quarterly supervisions, appraisals, competency assessments and field observations . These processes ensure that our care consistently meets our standard while identifying and addressing staff training and development needs.
Our quality assurance process is ongoing throughout the year to ensure that we provide a consistently high level of service.
This includes review visits, customer feedback questionnaires and six-monthly care plan and risk assessment updates, all designed to ensure we deliver a consistently excellent level of care.
For added peace of mind, we use an electronic monitoring system that alerts us if your care worker has not logged in, enabling us to take prompt action. Our system also generates electronic MAR
charts and Care Plans, enabling us to update your documents in real time, allowing us to remain responsive to your changing needs.
