About Us
38 Prince of Wales Road, Norwich NR1 1LG is the operational base for Tera Healthcare’s domiciliary care service. From this location, the team coordinates high-quality personal care and support for adults of all ages living in their own homes across Norwich.
The registered manager is Marge Ntabeni, with Makhado Churchill Ramabulana as the nominated individual providing oversight and compliance leadership.
The service focuses on person-centred home care, promoting independence, safety, dignity, and consistent support. Staff are trained, supervised and coordinated from this office, where rotas, quality audits.
