About Us

Access Dignity Care is an established, values-led domiciliary care provider with over 13 years’ experience supporting adults across Essex to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes. We provide flexible, high-quality home care for people aged 18+ with a wide range of needs, including mental health needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, learning disabilities, autism and dementia. Our support is person-centred and tailored to each individual, promoting choice, independence and wellbeing while maintaining safety and respect. We work closely with individuals, families and professionals to deliver reliable, compassionate care, underpinned by skilled staff teams, strong leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We are a family-run business, not a franchise or large corporate organisation. The company was founded by its owner with a clear vision to do things the right way, delivering care that is genuinely compassionate, respectful and person focused. This ethos runs through everything we do, ensuring people are supported with the same care, dignity and consideration we would expect for our own loved ones.
